All they do is get people riled up and angry. Then people post super long responses describing how much they disagree and that they’re right…only to realize that nobody responds to their statements because this isn’t a discussion forum, but basically a question and answer session.
The “asker” never really seems to reply to the responders, and you can only answer a question once, so you can’t go back and stand up for yourself any further.
So why even bother? Is it just to see if people will actually get angry and reply with some crazy response?

The YA! conservatives?
It looks that way to me.
I mean, I’m a liberal using a Pikachu Cloud Strife/Final Fantasy VII avatar and it should let people know the kind of person I am.
But conservatives these days apparently either have a lot to “show” or a lot to *hide* using doctored avatars of Heath Ledger’s “Joker” persona.
Granted, the Dark Knight was cool and all, but…?
It makes me concerned about their mental health–seeing how badly fragmented and disillusioned some conservatives appear to be these days.
I’d recommend some serious therapy, but being under such a cloud myself–I’m not in a position to be giving out any referrals. :0P

1. Why would anyone say, when Obama was elected, that they hope that he fails? Wouldn’t that mean that the whole country would suffer? Wouldn’t we want the President to succeed, no matter who he/she is?
2. Why would people complain about Obama only after a month of him being in office, after eight years of Bush?
And those are honest questions, ’cause I don’t know much about politics, so I’d like someone educated to explain. Thanks in advance! No crazy rant answers please!

Yes I am. I used to be of the opinion that while I disagreed with liberals, in their hearts they truly believed what they stood for would be what was best for America. I no longer labor under that delusion. Now I find myself reading their posts, scratching my head, and wondering, “How can anyone actually believe such unadulterated bovine excrement?”.
CAPTAIN: Nothing vulgar there. If a certain disgusting sexual term is OK as a detogatory synonym for those with whom you disagree, “bovine excrement” is more than acceptable.
